Giessel, Director of the Department of Budget and Accounts, to audit, honor and approve an allotment request for the release of $155 and requisition or purchase order for a typewriter submitted to him by the Wisconsin Turnpike Commission, and (2) a declaratory judgment adjudging that ch. 186, Laws of 1953 is a valid enactment. Writ issued; declaratory judgment granted.
